James Arel (Peterson) possesses extensive experience in stadium operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at the Tennessee Titans since June 2017. Arel has held various roles in operations at Nissan Stadium, focusing on the coordination of events ranging from special occasions to major games and concerts. Prior experience includes roles in Ticket Services, sales at Friendly Chevrolet, and dock work at FedEx Freight, complemented by an internship in athletic administration and marketing. Arel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, having also attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
