From a young age, Kerri was immersed in the waste industry, making it an integral part of her life. With over 25 years of experience, she is a vital member of the management team. She has had the privilege of learning from her father's success in the waste business and has played a pivotal role in the start-up and expansion of many family-owned waste companies, turning them into multi-million-dollar enterprises. Her industry influence extends nationally and locally: she has served on the Board of the National Waste and Recycling Association (NWRA) Women’s Council for six years and currently holds the position of President. She also serves as Vice President of the North Carolina Independent Waste Haulers Association (NCIWHA), where she has been a dedicated board member for seven years.
