The NWRA room block begins Monday night at the Hyatt (1 night) and The Hotel Archer begins Tuesday night with check out Friday (3 nights).
Monday, November 6
All Day
- Arrivals into San Francisco and check in to Hyatt Regency, Embarcadero , San Francisco, CA
6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Welcome reception hosted by Recology and located at Recology Corporate Office
Tuesday, November 7
- Professional Development sessions and Organics presentation located in the historic Ferry Building Marketplace https://www.ferrybuildingmarketplace.com/venue-rental-events/
12:00 pm
- Bus departure to Napa with boxed lunches provided (approximate travel time is 90 minutes)
2:30 pm
- Arrive at Archer Hotel, Napa
3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Free time to catch up on work and explore quaint downtown Napa filled with shops, museums and tasting rooms

Wednesday, November 8
Professional Development sessions located at and hosted by The Boys & Girls Club of St. Helena and Calistoga followed by lunch in St. Helena
2:30 pm to 6:30 pm
- Site tour and Organics discussion at Upper Valley Disposal & Recycling
- Walk to Pestoni Family Estate Winery, St. Helena
- Fireside chat with Christy Pestoni and Ron Mittelstaedt (subject to schedule)
- Wine tasting, hors d’ouevres, bocce ball and corn hole!
7:00 pm
- Dinner on your own in downtown Napa
Thursday, November 9
8:30 am to 10:15 am
- Professional Development Session in downtown Napa
10:30 am to 2:30 pm
- Walk to Napa Valley Wine Train for a 3-hour tour with lunch on the train and a stop and wine tasting at Grgich Hills Estate Winery
- This tour will include a conversation with Anna Brittain, Executive Director, of Napa Green. Napa Green’s mission is to serve as a catalyst and facilitator to grow certified sustainable, responsible businesses committed to environmental stewardship and climate action
- Join us for a closing Dinner celebrating Women’s Council 20th Anniversary at one of the most beautiful Napa Valley wineries, Raymond Vineyards. Inspired by the traditional candlelit cellars of France, the inimitable Crystal Cellar boasts Baccarat chandeliers, stainless steel walls, and a collection of historical decanters.
