No, this year we’re excited to announce a change in format! Instead of the traditional breakfast, the Awards Gala will be held as a dinner at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. This new evening format will offer an elevated experience to honor and celebrate the leaders in the waste and recycling industry. We look forward to seeing you there!

How can I attend the awards dinner?

You can purchase individual tickets for $199 each (limit of 5) or reserve an exclusive table for 10 guests at $2,500. Tables are a great way to enjoy the evening with colleagues or friends while securing reserved seating. Guarantee your spot at this exciting event and purchase your ticket now!

What is the dress code for the gala event?

The dress code for the gala is business/cocktail attire, with a black-and-white theme. It’s a night of celebration, so we encourage guests to dress up and embrace the elegance of the occasion!

Who can purchase VIP tables for the awards dinner?

VIP tables (located closest to the stage) are exclusively available to Titanium Sponsors, Platinum Sponsors, Gala Award Sponsors, and Award Winners. How will table placement be determined for purchased tickets and tables at the gala?

Table placement will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchased tables will take priority over individual ticket purchases. Individual tickets will be assigned seating based on availability after purchased tables are placed. To secure the best seating options, we encourage purchasing a full table early.

Who are the Award Winners and when will they be announced?

The Award Winners will be industry leaders recognized for their exceptional contributions to the waste and recycling sector. The winners will be announced in early 2025, and we can’t wait to celebrate their achievements at the awards dinner. Stay tuned for the exciting reveal!

What is the cancellation policy for the awards dinner?

Cancellations made before April 1 are refundable, minus a $99 administrative fee.

Unfortunately, any cancellations after April 1 will not be refunded. We encourage you to finalize your plans early to ensure your attendance at this exciting event.
