Join us for the NWRA Carolinas Chapter December Meeting as we close out the year and prepare for 2026. Members will receive key legislative updates, a recap from the Mid-Atlantic Conference, and important NWRA Headquarters updates to help guide next year’s advocacy and engagement efforts.

This meeting will also mark the final meeting for Carolinas Chapter Chairman Ed Ward, concluding two years of dedicated leadership and service to the chapter. Please join us in thanking Ed for his steady guidance, commitment, and contributions to advancing the industry across the Carolinas.

We will also take time to celebrate two outstanding chapter leaders — Shane Walker and Josh Painter — for being named recipients of NWRA’s Distinguished Service Award! The NWRA Services Board of Governors Executive Committee selected them for this honor in recognition of their leadership and dedication to the Carolinas Chapter, including their instrumental role in the successful passage of South Carolina’s HB4003 — a landmark, proactive industry bill that protects private haulers.
