• The Carolinas Chapter will be subsidizing $200 per room, per night.

• The booking site will not reflect this subsidy in the room rate—guests will see the full rate, but the $200 subsidy will be applied behind the scenes.

• You will see a deposit of $529, which reflects your discounted rate after the subsidy.

• If you prefer to call in your reservation, please mention the NWRA group rate. Hotel staff have been informed that the group will cover $200 per night.
