Hotel rooms for the nights of October 19 - October 24 are included in your registration fees and the reservations have been made on your behalf by NWRA. The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Montréal, approximately 20 minutes from Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL).

Departing from Fairmont Château Frontenac:

Guests can depart from Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB), located about 25 minutes from the hotel, with direct flights to several Canadian and U.S. destinations. For additional flight options, VIA Rail offers service from Québec City to Montréal (approximately 3–3.5 hours), with easy connections to Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL).
