When is the last day to book my room in the room block? 

The cutoff date for the room block is December 18, 2026. Be sure to reserve early to secure this special rate!

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, Guest/Companion fees are available for non-colleagues joining you. Be sure to register them as a Guest (Spouse/Companion) during the registration process. 

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations received on or before December 18, 2026 will be refunded minus a $99 processing fee. Cancellations after December 19, 2026 are not refundable.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Events are generally business casual, though guests are encouraged to wear business or cocktail attire to the closing reception and dinner.

Will Transportation Be Provided to the Awards Dinner?

Yes, NWRA will provide rotating shuttles from the W Nashville to the Grand Ole Opry on the evening of the event. 

Which airport should I fly into?

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest and most convenient airport for conference attendees. Located approximately 8 miles from W Nashville, BNA offers nonstop service from major cities across the United States and is typically a 15-20 minute drive from the hotel, depending on traffic. Attendees can easily reach the hotel via rideshare services, taxis, or rental cars. 

Please note that W Nashville does not offer airport shuttle service.
