What is the dress code for the event?

Most vents are business casual with the exception of the optional International Motors Tour and the closing reception and dinner.  

The tour requires closed toe shoes (no sandals, no high heels) no sleeveless shirts, shorts, skirts, and/or long jewelry are not allowed.

Business/Cocktail attire for the closing dinner.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations received on or before December 20, 2024 will be refunded minus a $99 processing fee. Cancellations after December 20, 2024 are not refundable.

What is the last day to book my room block? 

December 20, 2024 
There will be a "Book Now!" button at the end of the registration process.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, just register them as a guest in the registration page.
