What is the dress code for the event?

All events are business casual with the exception of the awards reception and dinner which cocktail attire.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations received on or before December 20, 2024 will be refunded minus a $99 processing fee. Cancellations after December 20, 2024 are not refundable.

What is the last day to book my room block? 

December 20, 2024 
There will be a "Book Now!" button at the end of the registration process.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, just register them as a guest in the registration page.
