Lori Locust is in her seventh NFL season and third with the Tennessee Titans. After joining the team in 2023 as defensive quality control coach, she was promoted to defensive assistant in 2025. Before Tennessee, she spent four seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where she helped lead a Super Bowl–winning defensive line in 2020.

With the Titans, Locust has contributed to the success of standout players like Harold Landry III, Arden Key, and Denico Autry—each posting double-digit or near double-digit sack seasons under her guidance.

A Harrisburg, Pa., native and Temple University alumna, Locust began her coaching journey after four years playing women’s semi-professional football and has since coached at nearly every level of the game.
