When is the last day to book my room in the room block? 

The cutoff date for the room block is December 20. Be sure to reserve early to secure this special rate!

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, guests are welcome. Be sure to register them as a guest on the registration page.

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations received on or before December 20, 2025 will be refunded minus a $99 processing fee. Cancellations after December 20, 2025 are not refundable.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Events are generally business casual, though guests are encouraged to wear business or cocktail attire to the closing reception and dinner.

Which airport is best to fly in to?

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is less than 1 mile away from our hotel, and the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service. Shuttle runs daily every 30-40 minutes from 4:45 AM – 12:00 AM.
